DANCETIME
AbsencesWe have had a lot of absences recently. There is a lot of illness going around and please do keep your child home if they are running fever or you believe they are contagious. However, we are starting recital choreography and your child should know that they will be behind if they miss class. There are not enough classes remaining to teach the same dance over and over for all of the absent students. If your child has a friend in class it may be helpful to get them together to work on the steps that they missed.
General Reminders
Reminder that we do not allow two piece dance costumes in any class except hip hop. Also we do not allow pants to be worn in dance class. Short shorts or skirts only over leotards. Thank you.
Dancers should not be left at
the dance studio unattended. It is not appropriate to leave
your child at the studio for more than 15 minutes before or
after your child's class.
We do not allow children to
leave the studio after class without a parent. Please come in
the studio and pick them up to avoid delays in starting the
next class.
Parents: please clean up your
messes in the waiting room before you leave as a courtesy to
the next arriving class.
The dress code at Stacia's
School of dance does not allow 2 piece outfits. This is
becoming a problem and students will not be allowed to dance
if they continue to break the dress code.
There is no gum allowed in the
dance room at any time.
